Order & Shipping
Prices are inclusive of taxes but do not include any import duties or custom charges that may be applicable for receipt of goods in your country. Rustik Craft reserves the right to adjust any pricing or shipping amounts, at any time without notice.
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the unlikely event that we do not have your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.
Shipping is completely free on the order above INR 5000 in India.
We at Rustik Craft require almost 15 days shipping time to get your product delivered to you. We dispatch products within 72 hours and it usually gets delivered in next 5 to 8 working days in India and 15 to 20 days for rest of countries. If no one is available to receive the package, it may be left at front door or it would be returned to origin.
To ensure on-time delivery, please verify your shipping and billing information when placing your order. It is your responsibility to verify that your address is complete and accurate with Pin Code and reachable contact number. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page of the order. In case a non-delivery takes place owing to the customer’s mistake (i.e. incorrect name or incomplete address or any other erroneous information), additional charges if any incurred by Rustik Craft for the product’s re-delivery will have to be borne by the customer.
Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.
Refund & Return Policy
In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, items on sale on our website are not eligible for returns and exchanges. Items sold are done so on a “Final Sale” basis.
Returns and refunds are applicable only in the unlikely event that your Rustik Craft wares arrive damaged. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order and also send us a picture of the damaged item.
Upon authorization of returns (on damaged goods), we are happy to offer you a full refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. Or you could exchange the damaged product in place of another fresh piece.

Cancellation Policy
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
